The rooms at Best Western Plus Hotel Belfort Centre Gare are so cozy and comfortable. It feels like settling in for a few nights of pure relaxation.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the tea and coffee maker in the room. But hey, others might enjoy it!

The lift for the hotel does not feel safe. They should include breakfast in the room rate.

I absolutely loved the contemporary decoration of the hotel, it made me feel like I was staying in a chic and modern place. The general areas were so stylish, with sleek furniture and a beautiful color scheme. It was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate spaces.

I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I would have loved for the hotel to have more assistance available specifically for senior guests. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I found that some of the younger employees lacked the understanding and patience that seniors sometimes need.

Comfortable rooms (flat-screen TV that allows you to plug in your laptop to watch your own movies), friendly staff, adequate breakfast.

The number of parking spaces in the hotel parking are limited.

Very close to main shopping street and the old town, cathedral and restaurants. Good to have family rooms big enough for a family of 5 which is rare. Right across from the strain station. Very clean and modern. Excellent staff. Air conditioning.

9 euros for breakfast a bit harsh especially paying that for a 3 and 6 year old who only had a juice and a piece of toast.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. The staff were super friendly, speaking excellent English and providing top-notch service. When we requested an early check-in to drop off our bags before heading out, everything was prepared for us. The room itself was excellent - clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We loved waking up to find tea, coffee, water, and cookies in the room each morning. It was a truly wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place.

the room design, its cleaniless

we had difficulties in reaching the hotel by night. although it mentioned that there are available free parking spaces, when asking the reception there she replied that there were not any free! this was really unpredicted and caused us much trouble since we had to search for parking area after a long tiring road trip

The reception staff were very welcoming and also most helpful in pointing out places of interest in the vicinity. The bedroom accommodation is excellent (in the larger units) and the standard of interior design within both the bedrooms and the reception area is exemplary.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel just in front of the train station. The staff at Best Western were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on where to find a late dinner and were always available to assist. The hotel itself is well-lit and everything inside is new and in perfect condition. The rooms are quiet, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. Additionally, there are plenty of parking spaces available for guests. The breakfast croissants were absolutely delicious and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming.

The hotel location is very convenient, just in front of the train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even allowed us to check-in early so we could drop off our luggage. The room was cozy and modernly furnished, with all the basic amenities you need for a weekend stay.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced for us, so we decided to skip it. the street works and renovations around the hotel made it a bit noisy during the day, but it wasn't too bad and stopped around tea time.
